Return Process

  Log into your account and select the order containing the item you wish to return to start the online request process.

  Pack with Care

  Place the product in its original packaging, ensuring it is securely sealed to prevent leaks or damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
